Positions Available: HVAC Senior Engineer The successful candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer; possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Mechanical Engineering program; have 15 or more years experience with a consulting engineering firm designing building HVAC systems, have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry; possess strong oral and written communication skills and can work with CAD. Position requires good leadership and motivational skills, solid technical background, good organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, client interaction and representation.
Electrical Design Engineer (Entry Level): The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Electrical Engineering program, have strong oral and written communication skills, understands computer programs such as Word, Excel and AutoCAD and preferably passed the EIT examination. Applicant will be responsible for assisting a Senior Engineer with the following:
Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Engineer (Entry Level): The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Mechanical or Civil Engineering program, have strong oral and written communication skills, understands computer programs such as Word, Excel and AutoCAD and preferably has passed the EIT examination. Applicant will be responsible for assisting a Senior Engineer with the following:
CAD Draftsperson The successful candidate will have 4-5 years CAD drafting experience. Candidates should have the ability to interpret prints created in an engineering environment and have experience with AutoCAD Release 2000. The position will require CAD drawings to be created for the various disciplines, (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and will require the ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously. Position requires good organizational and communication skills and attention to detail. AutoDesk certification or certification from a CADD training program a plus.
